Lombard Odier has hired Cogefi's former small-cap, Barthélémy Debray, as a global equity portfolio manager.
Debray joined the Geneva group in January after leaving the French boutique in December 2017.
In his new role, Debray will work as a global equity manager, with a particular emphasis on European equities and is responsible for managing the equity portion of Lombard Odier’s multi-asset funds.
In doing so, he sits in Geneva and reports to Andrew Hadley-Grave, head of equity portfolio management at Lombard Odier Group.
The hire was made following the departure of Maurice Gravier, who relocated to the Middle East in April 2017.
It is understood that Gravier has since joined MAF Trust in Dubai as an executive director and head of equity investments.
