Citywire AAA-rated Nême and AA-rated Lauri have been named as co-leads as they represent two important pillars at Exane AM.
The pair cover investment expertise and the ability to craft investment solutions with the right nature and level of risk, according to managing director Pierre Sequier.
'Their joint nomination ensures permanent support and also aims to further develop the investment management team, without compromising the responsibilities of the individual portfolio managers with regard to their funds.

Alongside his new role, Nême also serves as deputy CEO and portfolio manager on the Exane Ceres fund, which he has run since its inception 11 years ago.
The fund is long/short equity market neutral and focusses mainly on consumer, retail, media and business services sectors.
Lauri (pictured) continues run the Exane Asset Management’s team-managed funds, a role he has held since joining the firm five years ago.
Overall, the French firm has a range of 18 open-ended funds, including nine long/short equity market neutral single strategy funds.
Six team-managed funds and funds of funds and three directional equity funds. Exane Asset Management manages €6.9 billion in assets, as of the end of December 2017.
