For the first time ever, we are inviting investors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to meet for a two-day event at the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden.
The programme promises to be another must for fund selectors wanting to gain international insight from a local-language event while comparing notes with their peers from the DACH region.
Alongside a line-up of 12 top-performing fund managers, we can look forward to hearing from three visionary guest speakers. Kicking off with Lars Christensen, founder of Markets and Money Advisory and a senior fellow at London's Adam Smith Institute, we will take a dive into the global economy.
Christensen, who is known for his no-nonsense, out-of-the-box views, will reveal what investors should be looking for when they embark on asset allocation decisions.
The acclaimed Czech economist Tomáš Sedláček will in turn offer his view on the global outlook. Sedláček, who was appointed economic advisor to former President Václav Havel while still at university, is currently chief macroeconomic strategist at the Československá obchodní banka (ČSOB) and a regular columnist and commentator.
Last but not least, Dr. Christian Busch from the London School of Economics will take the stage to offer his insight into entrepreneurship. Busch is, among many other entrepreneurial endeavours, co-founder of Sandbox, a leading global community of young innovators.
With a truly international agenda, we are very excited about this unique event at Citywire and look forward to seeing you there.
