Banque de Luxembourg Investments (BLI) has strengthened its fixed income team with two new hires, the company has announced.
Gina Kogelschatz will serve as an analyst and oversee credit analysis, while Oliver Wagener joins as an emerging markets strategist and will take over the strategy for emerging markets.
The pair will report to Jean-Philippe Donge, who is head of fixed income, and serve as replacements for Thierry Feltgen, who has assumed other responsibilities within BLI.
Kogelschatz was previously an analyst for Moody’s Investors Service in London and at Deutsche Bank. She started her career as a graduate at Deloitte LLP.
Wagener has several years of experience in structuring and trading. He was previously responsible for structuring cross-asset linked products at Banque de Luxembourg, where he also gained experience as a fixed income trader.
Commenting on the hires, Donge said: ‘The development of the asset management company’s activities, but also the challenges in our markets have required an intensification of our resources and particularly an enrichment of our analysis competencies.’
