Tom Naughton has worked in the financial industry for 20 years and is currently based in London where he is Partner and Portfolio Manager at Prusik Investment LLP where he has been since 2010 managing the Asian Equity Income Fund. Prior to Prusik he was with PMA Investment Advisors Ltd from 2002 as Pacific Equities Manager. With his strategy focused on equities, he uses a fundamental and value investment style. Tom holds an ASIP qualification and graduated from University College London where he studied Mathematics.

The fund aims to out-perform the MSCI Asia Pacific ex Japan index by 5-10% annually whilst growing its dividend overtime.
