The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth in the value of assets by investing in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The fund will invest at least 70% of its total assets at any one time in equities and equity related securities, as described below, of companies domiciled in the MENA region or of companies exercising the predominant part of their economic activity in the MENA region. For this purpose, total assets exclude cash and ancillary liquidities.
